While not the most technical instrumentalist out there, Matt Zuleger of Shades of Black is definitely my favorite to listen to – his music combines all the best elements of djent with phenomenal riff-writing, catchy grooves, and an Egyptian/world vibe. This is his best release to date, and you guys should definitely all help out and show him some love by purchasing the album and/or sharing it with others who will. I’m astounded this guy isn’t more popular…let’s change that!
